Over morning coffee, a simple statement was made

"We have the skills, we have the drive – let's do it together!"

Although Bitesoft is a young team – we're just starting our journey as a company – our founders have over 12 years of experience behind them. One of us is an infrastructure and DevOps expert, the other a full-stack application virtuoso. Today we work side by side with clients, focusing on transparent communication and delivering goals within agreed timelines and budgets.

Frequently asked questions

What does BITESOFT do?

IT outsourcing, custom development, KSeF and ERP system integrations, backup and Disaster Recovery, Microsoft 365 and Intune, plus security audits and GDPR compliance. We work in a B2B model.

Do you implement KSeF in my ERP system?

Yes. We implement KSeF in Comarch, WAPRO and Symfonia. When no ready-made module exists, we build our own – we've done it more than once, including a panel for sending FA(3) invoices and receiving UPO confirmations.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

We reply within 24 hours, no strings attached. You don't need a ready-made brief – just tell us what keeps you up at night.

Do you stay on after launch?

Yes. The system lives on after deployment – and so do we. We provide monitoring, response and ongoing development. Long-term care, because good IT is a relationship, not a one-off project.

Do you test your backups?

Yes. We use Veeam, snapshots and replication, and – more importantly – we test our backups. A backup that doesn't work is just a false sense of security.

Where do you operate?

Warsaw area, Poland, in a B2B model. Much of our work (monitoring, development, support) is done remotely, so cooperation is possible beyond the region too.
