// Case study — our own product
AutoRadar
An in-house SaaS that continuously watches the used-car market and pings the user about a deal before it disappears. From the idea, through design and build, to running it in production — all on our side.

01The challenge
On the used-car market, the genuinely good deals are gone within minutes. To catch them you have to refresh several listing sites non-stop and eyeball whether a price is actually below what the model is worth. Nobody has time for that — and most people hear about a deal only once it's already sold.
So we asked a simple question: what if a system watched the market for you and only spoke up when something was truly worth your attention?
02What we built
AutoRadar wasn't a client integration — it's our own product, designed and built from scratch, and one we keep developing and running.
- Continuous market monitoring. Listings from many sources are collected and mapped into one consistent data model, so they can actually be compared against each other.
- Deal detection. A listing's price is weighed against the real market value for that model, year and mileage — the user is signalled only when something clearly stands out.
- Near real-time alerts. Email and push notifications with deduplication, so they arrive fast without flooding the inbox.
- User dashboard. Define your own criteria — make, model, budget, location — and manage every alert in one place.
- Subscription model (Turbo Pass). A full funnel from sign-up through activation to payment, built with conversion and retention in mind.
03Under the hood
A working SaaS is more than a nice screen. Underneath runs a full stack that has to be fast, cheap to operate and resilient to data sources that keep changing.
04Why it matters to us
Most of our work is systems and integrations built for clients — KSeF, ERP, WMS, automation. AutoRadar shows the other side of the same skill set: we can take a raw idea, shape it into a product, build the full stack and operate a live service with real users and its own revenue model.
The same discipline — product thinking, reliability and an honest view of operating cost — is what we bring to every project we run for a client.
