2. What data we collect
- Contact form data: your name, email address and the content of the message you choose to send.
- Direct contact data: any data you provide when emailing or calling us.
- Technical and analytics data: information collected via cookies and analytics tools (e.g. anonymised IP address, device and browser type, how you use the site) — only after you give your consent.

4. Contact form
To handle the contact form we use the Web3Forms service, which relays your message to our email inbox. We use the data you provide solely to respond to your inquiry. Providing the data is voluntary but necessary for us to reply.
5. Cookies and analytics tools
The site uses cookies essential for its proper operation and — subject to your consent — analytics cookies. By default, analytics tools are disabled; they are activated only after you click "Accept" in the banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser data for this site.
Analytics tools we use
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) — traffic statistics. We use Consent Mode and IP anonymisation.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — user behaviour analysis (heatmaps, anonymised session recordings).
6. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA
Data may be processed by trusted service providers acting on our behalf (processors):
- Google (Google Analytics) — analytics,
- Microsoft (Clarity) — analytics,
- Web3Forms — delivery of form messages.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the USA). In such cases, transfers take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other mechanisms compliant with the GDPR.
7. Retention period
- Correspondence and form data — for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and until any potential claims are time-barred.
- Analytics data — for the period set in the analytics tools' settings (typically up to 14 months).
8. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).
